Our client is one of the most reputable developers who has an extensive real estate footprint in Hong Kong and China. They are now looking for a Sales Coordination Manager to handle the sales administration works for the residential projects in Mainland China. 

Responsibilities:

• Support the team to drive sales & marketing activities for the company's development portfolio 
• Develop and analyze sales plans, strategies & positions for the company
• Maintain the sales platform and system for the daily operation of the sales and marketing department 
• Conduct and consolidate regular reports of sales data analysis, sales plan, and market research in Mainland China 
• Assist in all the sales administration and ad hoc matters that department head as assigns

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Business Management or related disciplines.
• Good knowledge in the operation process of real estate project development and sales in Mainland China
• Able to work within strict and tight timelines and station at different sales offices
• Strong in data analysis and sensitive to figures
• Excellent verbal and written communications and language skills with fluency in English and Chinese.
• Occasional travel to PRC is required
