Job Description:

• Prepare cost estimates for the quotation process
• Collaborate with internal design and technical teams
• Develop benchmarking tools
• Create the most suitable technical proposals
• Address client inquiries and requests promptly and effectively
• Coordinate reviews with the company management team
• Identify key risks and opportunities for projects
• Commercially inclined to support BD in marketing actions and presentations
• Suggest value engineering and optimizations in design/methodology
• Assist the Business Development Manager in marketing efforts to present solutions
   

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in structural work, methods, foundation works etc)
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines
• Knowledge in Residential Properties (First-hand sales)
• Outgoing and self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese Word Processing
