JOB Duties

Developing and driving the digital strategy for the company's website, global social media platforms, and online channels.
Implementing tools and technologies to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of media and marketing campaigns.
Devising targeted segmentation strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Identify relevant and impactful influencers profiles to create content on social media channels such as YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.
Conceptualizing creative digital marketing ideas, content, and conducting A/B testing to optimize performance.
Collaborating with the creative and product teams to develop all marketing communications and social media campaigns, ensuring timely planning and execution.
Preparing comprehensive reports and analytics on the overall performance of marketing campaigns, CRM, and loyalty programs.
Managing and monitoring campaign budgets.
Identifying and pursuing joint promotion opportunities with key partners and achieve KPIs

JOB REQUIREMENTS

University degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related disciplines
4+ years of experience in marketing.
Demonstrated expertise in leveraging various digital marketing channels, including social media, email, content creation, and affiliate marketing.
Strong creative flair, imagination, and innovative mindset.
Experience in managing joint promotions with partners and negotiating beneficial partnership terms.
Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
Proactive, independent, and results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
Experienced candidates may be considered for a Manager-level role.
