Responsibilities
Utilize your expertise in ERP System to resolve user inquiries and support tickets from offshore locations(Turkey/Vietnam/BD/Pakistan and etc.)
Engage with users via email, Skype, and Helpdesk to provide top-notch assistance
Gather valuable feedback from users and relay it to the project team for continuous improvement
Test and demonstrate Odoo's functionalities to ensure smooth operations
Create comprehensive documentation for support and user training
Take charge of setting up products, customers, and other essential elements
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional fluency in English
Empathy, patience, and a logical approach to problem-solving
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
No working experience required for ERP system/ IT Industry
Previous experience with an ERP system
Familiarity with Odoo and its functionalities
Sociable and outgoing personality, fostering positive interactions
Experience in ticket-based support
Willingness to continually learn and adapt
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and tools for screenshots and screen-clippings
