Business: European based electronic company

Responsibilities:

Leading a small accounting team in HK

Direct report to Managing Director and oversees the day to day operations

Handle full set of account and payroll

Perform month-end closing and prepare month-end report

Lead the team to prepare financial reports and analysis, budget and forecast

Monitor the budget, inventory control and cashflow projection

Liaise with external auditor, bankers and participate in other ad hoc assignments

Responsible for HR functions eg recruitment, payroll, staff training, employee survey staff appraisal and development in HR system

Internal Control System: Compliance related work

Internal and External Audit Co-ordination

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

At least 5 years working experience

With solid experience in handling financial analysis and budgeting and preparing financial reports

Proficiency in PC applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc)

Good comment in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Familiar with IFRS is preferred

With basic HR knowledge is highly preferred
