• Administers appropriate first aid and emergency care for student and staff illnesses or injuries following school policies and procedures.
• Aids the school nurse in compiling and maintaining individual health records for each student.
• Supports in the completion of accident reports for students/staff and forwards them to relevant personnel.
• Collaborates with parents, students, and the school nurse to manage and prevent diseases and promote optimal student health.
• Assists in managing and preventing communicable diseases as per protocol.
• Manages student health records, including immunization details and related health documents.
• Ensures the confidentiality of student and family information.
• Collaborates with parents, teachers, and the school nurse to enhance student health.
• Assists in procuring and organizing medical supplies and equipment for the medical room.
• Maintains cleanliness and hygiene standards in the medical room.
• Distributes First Aid kits to staff for camps, excursions, and trips.
• Carries out other health-related tasks assigned by the School Nurse.

about you

• Related health care training and first aid certificate
• HKDSE / HKCEE or above with 1 year of clinical experience
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Mature, pleasant and good communication skill
• Hands on PC knowledge including MS Office
