Responsibilities:
  • To oversee the full life-cycle recruiting process including but not limited to association development, sourcing, screening, background checks, offer negotiation and job offers;
  • To prepare data for statistical reports and various human resources analysis;
  • To assist with review and formulation of HR policies and guidelines; and
  • To participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience;
  • Good knowledge of Employment Ordinance and related legislation and regulations associated with HR best practices;
  • Good command of English and Chinese written and oral communication skills with proven ability to successfully collaborate with all levels of staff;
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail; and
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills with ability to independently meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
