We are looking forward an experienced Reservation Agent to work in our Hotel's :

Responsibilities:

Handling customer’s daily reservations received by phone, fax, email and online channels
Answer to all incoming enquiries promptly and professionally according to hotel standard
Enter reservations detail accurately
Maintain the filing system accurately

Requirement:

With 1 year’s relevant experience
Pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Fresh graduate will also be considered
Immediate available is highly preferred
