Our Client is a leading global fashion house with its own manufacturing, pioneering the innovation of sustainable approach to fashion industry specializes in Women’s High Fashion and Men’s Causal Wear.

In order to cope with further business expansion, she is inviting high calibre to join their Product Development Team.

1. Merchandising Manager, Product Development ($40-$45K)

Responsibilities:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer preferences to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
Lead the team to manage the full Product Development cycle for the US market, collaborate closely with merchandise planning, production, and design teams throughout the product development process to ensure seamless execution
Identify and develop proper proposal with the best competitive pricing strategy to enhance overall profitability
Prepare and conduct effective showcase of products to potential customers
Formulate and implement action plans to achieve sales budgets and objective

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in garment manufacturing industry, with solid and proven record of successful business development
High Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Textile and Clothing, Design or related disciplines
Strong product development knowledge in both knits and woven, fabric and garment sourcing
Strong experience in costing, sourcing & developing Men’s causal wear at middle price point
Passionate with good fashion sense, ready to overcome challenges and strive to meet career development goals
Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with overseas manufacturing units and customers effectively
Willing to travel to overseas locations

2. Senior Merchandiser, Product Development ($27-32K)

Responsibilities:

Handle the full Product Development cycle for the US market by working with design team for clothing product design, theme, color, fabrication, styles and fashion graphics
Conduct marketing research and fashion trend analysis
Source and develop seasonal fabrics to meet each season’s fashion trends
Collaborate closely with Design and production teams from product concept, sampling, costing, planning to production
Prepare quotations and product presentation
Keep tracking and follow up all sample-making related progress and tackle the issues related to the product development

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in garment manufacturing industry, familiar with Men’s casual wear
High Diploma in Marketing, Textile and Clothing, Design or related disciplines
Good product development knowledge in both knits and woven, fabric and garment sourcing
Creative and passionate with good fashion sense and design knowledge
Good team player and able to work independently
Willing to travel and able to work under pressure
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Familiar in using Photoshop, 3D software (Browzwear or CLO) is an advantage
