To expand the business, it is now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position:

Responsibilities: 

• Set-up and train new vendors 
• Monitor and share distribution center defective garment rate and audit pass rate
• Grant and keep track of Concessions and Waivers
• Work with product development from conception
• Manage product performance standards & testing protocols, including supporting systems & reporting tools
• Manage market quality issue response process and metrics
• Ensure vendor quality performance is accurately and consistently 
• Work with all testing partners to make certain that all facilities are calibrated and testing is executed timely and in line with company's guidelines
• Monitor testing of materials and garments from Design to production
• Participate in Risk analysis and do-ability analysis with PD, QA and vendors 
• Ensure compliance with all product labeling and product claims
• Ensure the closure of all consumer issues related actions and handle and coordinate waivers and concessions
• Participate in digitalization projects 
• Propose and implement new ideas for digitalization to drive automation, process de-skilling, effectiveness and agility
• To perform other related duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:  

• Degree holder  or above 
• Minimum 6-7 years relevant experience in a testing lab, factory and brand environment. 
• Track record in Quality / Production Management from a mix of brand / buying house 
• Experience in apparel production and related processes – cutting/finishing, embroidery / embellishments, fabrics, defects identification, Testing Standards and product protocols, AQL
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
