Leads area managers and teams to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the store to achieve operational and sales objectives set by the company
Communicate closely with management and marketing team to effectively deliver the company’s operational/sales metrics and promotion plan to ensure that the marketing team executes the plan according to the metrics and can meet or exceed the plan objectives
Ensure effective gross control, national team management
Communicates and cooperates with departments to resolve various issues internally, externally and supply sales Personnel management
Recruit and retain talent for effective human resource allocation
Train and develop frontline sales employees to achieve professionalism and enhance productivity
Promote and lead teams to provide excellent customer service
Ensure frontline sales staff actively and efficiently perform various operational procedures
Display and Management of Goods
Display in-store goods to company-specified standards
Display in-store goods and promotion in response to different retail environments to drive sales
Ensure the level of inventory in each store in each district to achieve continuous provision of product supply and mutual supply of each store
Ensure suppliers stock up to level
Store image and management
Participate in design management of shelves and spaces in new stores in collaboration with departments to make shopping comfortable for consumers
Ensure that the stores are tidy, well-lit, and beautifully furnished with merchandise
Job Requirements:
8+ years of retail business management experience
Ability to independently manage and handle all matters across multiple stores
Good communication, expression skills and interpersonal skills
Leadership, stronger analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently under pressure
Good in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Ability to read and write Chinese and read English
