Management of Workshops: Supervising the Centralized Body Workshop and Rim Workshop, optimizing processes, ensuring high-quality output, and overseeing functions like bus repainting, accident repairs, and prefabrication of body parts.
Innovation Implementation: Testing and implementing innovations in new products, safety measures, and technology to enhance fleet performance.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Eletctical/Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline
6 years of experience in fleet management, vehicle engineering, or maintenance workshop operations
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams
simultaneously
Familiarity with local regulations for Road Traffic Ordinance, type approval processes, and fleet modification programs
Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with government bodies, internal teams, and external partners
Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
