Requirements:
Holder of Diploma from a Hong Kong tertiary institution with minimum of 3 years’ customer service experience or
Secondary Level plus over 10 years’ experience on customer service hotline
Fluency in spoken and written Chinese, including Mandarin, and English
Basic verbal communication in Japanese or Korean is an advantage
Good Chinese and English writing skills
Good organizational power and analytical skills
Proficient in PC and Chinese word processing
Candidates with less experience would be considered as Customer Hotline Representative
Responsibilities:
Handle customers’ enquiries, requests, suggestions and complaints through Hotline and online platform
Handle escalated customer complaints
Liaise with other departments on customer’s feedback
Compile reports and assist the Hotline supervisor team
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
