Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall operational management of the company, formulating and executing operational strategies to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Supervise daily business processes, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze operational data, identify business bottlenecks, and propose improvements for continuous optimization.
- Manage and coordinate collaboration between departments to ensure effective resource utilization.
- Lead and develop the operations team to enhance professional capabilities and work efficiency.
- Participate in the company’s budgeting and financial management to ensure reasonable control of operational costs.
- Work closely with the senior management team to drive the implementation of the company's strategy and business growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of operational management experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in private equity funds or the financial industry.
- Relevant experience in financial management and budgeting, capable of effectively managing operational costs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to identify and address complex business challenges.
- Excellent leadership and team management experience, capable of motivating and developing team members.
- Good communication skills, able to effectively interact with employees at different levels and external partners.
- Proficient in office software, with certain data analysis capabilities.
