DNA Recruit Partners is collaborating with an MNC trading and Investment group. They are currently looking for an Assistant Manager/Senior Finance Officer to join their F&A team in Hong Kong. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established multinational corporation known for its extensive operations in various industries, including finance, trade, and investment.   • Double pay + Discretionary bonuses (Track record 2 to 2.5 months), 15 to 16 months of bonuses annually
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support decision-making processes. 
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend analysis, to provide insights to management
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data
  • Conduct Foreign Exchange SWAP transactions effectively.
  • Manage loan arrangements, including borrowings, settlements, and time deposits.
  • Oversee payment processes via e-banking and ensure timely bank reconciliations.
  • Handle Export Bills in a precise and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and manage daily cash flow to maintain financial stability.
  • Provide strategic support to senior management on finance-related matters.
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments and special projects as needed.
Requirements:  
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • 6 years of experience in accounting/audit/financial executive positions with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
  • Proven experiences in Trading companies will be beneficial 
  •  knowledge of UCP600 and experience in Foreign Exchange transactions will be an advantage   
  • Strong expertise in accounting practices and cash flow management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, with familiarity with international import/export business processes.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work overtime when required
