Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert wine recommendations and upsell premium beverages to enhance the dining experience.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager and Chef de Cuisine on beverage promotions and cost-effective strategies.
• Organize and host wine dinners, masterclasses, and exclusive tasting events.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance team knowledge on wines, spirits, and upselling techniques.
• Oversee wine list management, inventory audits, and assist with daily operations.
• Support daily restaurant operations, including assisting with floor service during peak hours.

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 3 years of experience in high-end dining, with a focus on wine service.
• WSET 2/3
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
