Duties: 

• Monitor Vendors and Customers performance/requirement to facilitate the orders

• Liaising and communication with clients/vendors in order to build up orders

• Work out the selling price list to clients if required

• Allocate master purchase to various customers if required

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies

• Respond to complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction

Requirement:

• At least 2 years relevant experience (MUST)

• Good communication skills and PC skills including Excel

• Good command of both written and spoken English

• Detail oriented, and is able to multitask effectively

• Independent, efficient, hardworking and initiative

• Immediate available is a preference

Work Place: Quarry Bay

Working days and time: 5 days per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
