Job Duties :
Develop and implement sales plans for specific areas and customers to meet sales goals
Lead and manage commercial teams and activities effectively
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers
Organize networking events to generate leads and promote company products or services
Keep track of sales performance, customer feedback, market trends, and adjust sales strategies as necessary
Provide excellent customer experience through various engagement activities and respond to customers' inquiries
Job Requirements:
More than 8 years of working experience
At least 5 years of relevant sales experience; preferably in manufacturing/ trading
Presentable and strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, familiarity with SAP is desirable
Customer-focused, skilled at establishing rapport and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers
Able to work well with the team and other involved parties
Available on short notice/ with immediate availability is preferred
