We are now seeking a high caliber candidate to join our expanding family with the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of properties and perform asset portfolio analysis
• Handle property management accounting profolio
• Review lease agreements for premises and maintenance schedule for facilities
• Perform leasing duties such as lease negotiation, tenancy administration, coordination of fitting out works, etc
• Oversee renovation, repair and maintenance and to ensure all building related rules and regulations are met
• Get and compare price quotes
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with local authorities, agents, and other business contacts, and conduct market research
• Perform or assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Property / Housing Management / Building Studies / Real Estate or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years’ working experience in property management and leasing
• Minimum 2 years’ of property management accounting experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive, innovative and customer-service oriented with strong problem solving ability
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required
