Responsibilities
Direct report to Managing Director and oversees the day to day operations
Independently handle full set of account and payroll
Perform month-end closing & preparation of monthly reporting package
Responsible for the preparation of financial reports and analysis, budget and forecast
Monitor the budget, inventory control and cashflow projection
Liaise with external auditor, bankers and participate in other ad hoc assignments
Responsible for all HR functions in the Company e.g. recruitment, payoll, staff training, emeployee survey staff appraisal and development in HR system
Internal Control System: Compliance related work
Internal and Extermal Audit Co-ordination
Requirements
Degree in Accounung, Finance or rekated discipline
At least 5 years relevant working exoerience(Including budgeting, financial analyze)
Well acquainted with handling full sets of accounts and finacical reports
Proficiency in PC applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
Fluent Cantonese, Enlish and Mandarin (Both oral and written)
Able to work both independently and as team member
Familiar with IFRS & HK Taxation
HR knowledge for staff training and develovpment
