Our client is a well established and stable organization in Hong Kong. Due to continuous developments in Hong Kong, They are hiring an Associate Director / Senior Project Manager to handle its sizeable commercial, office and industrial projects in Hong Kong.


Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for planning, executing and managing commercial and industrial development
• Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
• Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
• Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as when required
   

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services Engineering or other relevant disciplines
• Professional Qualification: CEng, HKIE or or related disciplines
• At least 10 years of experiences in handling Hong Kong commercial/critical facility/industrial  development projects 
• Exposure in full project cycle is preferred 
• Good command of both spoken and written English , Chinese and Mandarin;
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
