Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain server environment including server farm, virtualization platform, databases, middleware and applications
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high levels of system and infrastructure availability
• Perform backups, security updates, and patches
• Document system infrastructure, operation and processes
• Provide technical support to the team as needed
• Complete other duties assigned by supervisor or manager

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalents
• 3 years relevant experience in server/systems support
• Hands-on experience in installation, upgrade and configuration of Active Directory, Exchange Server, Windows Server, IIS and MS. SQL Server
• Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup
• Experience with VMware vSphere, Linux, Apache or MySQL is advantageous
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
