Key Responsibilities
- Department Coordination: Assist the CEO in managing and coordinating the work of various departments, including the Marketing Office, Secretariat, Operations Office, and Strategy Office.
- Relationship Management: Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and managing key internal and external relationships for the company.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Oversee the scheduling and coordination of the CEO’s meetings, receptions, and business activities.
- External Communication: Handle external communications, relationship management, and reporting on major events for the company.
- Business Trip Support: Accompany the CEO on business trips, visit important clients, and provide necessary support and services.

- Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Public Relations, Government Relations, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in a multinational or listed company, with at least 3 years in a senior assistant or similar leadership role.
- Proven experience in building and managing relationships with government entities and business partners to expand business networks.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

- 優秀的組織、溝通及領導能力,能在壓力下保持高效工作狀態。
