This is a fixed-term contract role (with possibility for contract renewal depending on performance and organization needs.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing the technical reports & design submissions
• Liaise with the contractors in order to ensure the works' quality while finishing within budget and time limit
• Providing technical supports to the design and conduct site supervision of the civil & building works
• Requesting for information and preparing the documents of the design changes
• Ensuring the work safety of the consultants' proposals
• Undertaking coordination related to civil/structural works

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Civil or Structural Engineering or related disciplines;
• With minimum 6 years experience in related fields;
• Member of HKIE or other equivalent professional bodies;
• Experience in the management of civil/structural design, planning, statutory submission to Buildings Department and relevant authorities, construction and site supervisory works;
• Experience in the design and site supervision of airport related project works is preferred;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
