Our client is a highly regarded property developer with exciting new growth and acquisitions in the past few years. They would like to add one more headcount to their team to assist in their business development.  

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out financial analysis, financial modelling, and market research for potential opportunities
• Actively source investment opportunities in real estate/ non-real estate market
• Prepare investment memos/investment analysis reports, managing and communicating with internal parties
• Execute investments from origination to closing and exit
• Prepare investment proposals and presentation

Job Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Real Estate/Accounting/Finance
• Professional qualifications including CPA, CFA, CAIA, or FRM 
• At least 10 years of working experience in private equity, strategy investment (M&A focus)
• Solid M&A experience in mainland and overseas 
• Strong research, financial modelling, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin
