We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Crypto Operations Finance Assistant Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong accounting background, CPA certification, and in-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency wallet operations. This role is essential in managing and overseeing crypto transactions, ensuring compliance, and contributing to our financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of crypto operations, including transaction processing and wallet management.
• Maintain detailed records of crypto transactions and ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with a team of 8 to optimize financial processes within the crypto space.
• Monitor and analyze wallet operations across various platforms, including MetaMask, Xverse, OKX Wallet, Unisat, and Phantom.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Qualifications

• CPA certification is a plus. ( not a must )
• Proven experience in cryptocurrency operations and wallet management.
• Familiarity with various crypto wallets and platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
