Assist Purchaser to handle purchase orders
Able to communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakholders on follow up sales enquiries and purchase orders
Experience in ERP system to manage purchase orders, track inventory, and generate reports
Perform other clerical duties as assigned
Form 7 graduate or above or equivalent
Minimum 2 years or above relevant work experience
Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Computer literate in using MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese word processing
Detail-minded, self-initiative and abley to work Independently and also as part of a team
