Responsibilities

• Oversee the Manufacturing Engineering

• Drive fixture & tester fabrication projects to meet customer requirements

• Monitor the equipment maintenance as well as calibration program to fulfill ISO requirements

• Maintain the Manufacturing Execution System

• Lead the RFQ engineers in product costing projects

• Drive and manage failure analysis & test engineering teams on Product quality yield improvement

• Early involvement with Design & Development engineering on NPI activities

Requirements

• Form 5 or above

• 12 years+ experience in Manufacturing Engineering of which 8 years in managerial position in EMS environment

• Expertise in Process and Test engineering is a must

• Experience with hands on approach in Fixture design & fabrication

• Experience in maintaining Manufacturing Execution system is an advantage

• Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
