Responsibilities

• Handle OEM/ODM projects development and project transfer

• Review on engineering documents. E.g. sample approval and ECO..etc

• Conduct development schedule, NPI and transfer from design to production

• Trouble-shooting, advice on cost, quality improvement and production efficiency

• To lead projects with a team of engineers and work with internal departments

• To train engineers to adopt system, procedures and communication with customers

• Telephone conference with customers

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holder

• 5 years+ experiences of electronic product manufacturing, with 2 years at supervisory level

• Proficient with 2D and 3D drawing’s software

• Good knowledge in mechanical design of electronic products and regulatory approvals

• Familiar with plastic injection, metal stamping and related tooling design

• Experience with project management skills, PPAP and Process Validation

• Aggressive, self-motivated and work independently

• Able to communicate with overseas customers independently

• Fluent in English & Chinese (including Mandarin)

• PRC station and Vietnam travel are required
