Responsibilities

• Lead BU purchasing team in Vietnam to sustain factory daily operations

• Localize BOM and indirect items in Northern Vietnam

• Order fulfilment to sustain production run

• Communicate with internal departments in both Vietnam and China

• Monitor and improve supplier performance in terms of quality, on time delivery, cost and responsiveness

• Facilitate audit like ISO9001, ISO14000, IATF16949, C-TPAT and FSC, etc.

Requirements

• Form 5 or above

• 7 years or above relevant experience of which not less than 4 years at managerial level in electronics manufacturing industry, preferable in EMS environment

• Familiar with factory operations in Asia Pacific countries

• Extensive working experiences in order fulfillment and material sourcing are required

• Independent, analytical, dynamic, self-initiative, and a good team player

• Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
