Key duties:
(a) Establish and increase brand awareness in the USA market, positioning and identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels;
(b) Lead and deploy marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, leveraging internal and external support while driving collaboration from USA segments;
(c) Build strategic relationships and partner with key American industry agencies and vendors;
(d) Provide market research on suppliers, vendors, customer targets in the USA;
(e) Collaborate and work with herbal suppliers in the USA;
(f) Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices for the USA;
(g) Be responsible for sourcing to/from Hong Kong and USA;
(h) Provide feasibility analysis on opening branch(es) in USA; and
(i) Ad hoc overseas travel to and from the USA and other places if necessary.
Requirements:
(i) Over 10 years’ working experience in the USA with Sales/Marketing, or equivalent;
(ii) Excellent proficiency in English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage;
(iii) Bachelor’s Degree (in business administration or equivalent) from a reputable USA-accredited university or above;
(iv) Preferred to be a USA passport holder, so can travel to USA at any time;
(v) Understanding of the traditional Chinese medicine industry and the healthcare market opportunities in the USA (preferably the West Coast) will be an advantage.
