Handle sales co-ordination work (follow up inquiries, quotations, orders etc.)
Communicate with local & overseas clients and internal stakeholders to ensure orders processed and completed smoothty
Work closely with our Sales Executive and other branch offices in China
Participate ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor
Form 5 or above, min 2 years relevant experience, experience in engineering field preferred
Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Proficient in Chinese Word Processing & English typing is required
Proficient in Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel is essential
Highly organized and effective communication skills, with strong sense of responsibility
Multi-tasking, smart, work independently, self-motivated
Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime
