About the Client:
My client, a renowned Engineering Group is currently looking for an experience Associate Director/ Senior Manager in safety Development to ensure smooth operation in Hong Kong.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:



* Plans, implements, manages, and maintains comprehensive environmental safety & health training programs.



* Brainstorm industry insight and expert input on safety elements for all training programmes within the organisation and working closely with all partner stakeholders.



* Secure the work safety guidance is effective performed in accordance with industry stakeholders to review the effectiveness of onsite safety professionals,



* Work with regulators on construction safety matters and carry out industry stakeholder engagement to understand the needs of the industry for continuous improvement on safety training within the group.



* Time to Time report on working process to the boards of member.





Candidate Profile:

* Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction, Surveying and related disciplines with qualifications on work safety
* 12 + years of related experience (Construction Safety training and implementation)
* Experience of working in a similar matrix reporting organization
* Good English communication and written skill
