Responsibilities

• Partner with UK Product Category and Merchandising Team for all supply chain roles to achieve UK order on-time deliveries

• Manage assigned international customer accounts for all sales enquiries, PO management and final on-time deliveries

• Strong Vendor P.O. Management from receipt of order to load plan to delivery, for all product lines within their defined category

• Supportive roles to Product Managers and/or Merchandisers in the product development process while they are in trip travelling

• Partner with QA for all testing & inspection arrangement, shipment authorization to vendors

• Liaising with Sales regarding customer enquiries and quotations

• Providing help and advice on order fulfilment matters including but not limited to; lead-times, MOQ’s, shipment loading plan and consolidation advice

• Evaluate charges for packaging (re-packing / over labelling etc) and local charges

• Planning & co-ordinating the vendor purchase order process for customers

• Raising vendor purchase orders in a timely manner

• Monitoring delivery schedules from order confirmation to shipment

• Follow-up vendors inspection date schedule

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• At least 4-5 years’ experience of master & production planning / supply chain for US and International markets

• Good understanding of supply chain processes and best practices from orders to shipments via different distribution routes

• Good verbal and written communication skills (Mandarin & English)

• Highly organised with an attention to detail

• An excellent team player with a positive, helpful nature; a can-do attitude and ability to understand and resolve problems

• Hardworking with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines when required

• Less experience will be considered as Supply Chain Officer
