Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the group’s operations

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to forecast financial performance of the group

• Lead the budgeting process for the group’s operations

• Understand business process of the companies, prepare and implement short, medium and long-term financial plans to achieve business goals

• Manage the group’s cash flow and liquidity

• Oversee foreign exchange transactions and fluctuation of currency exchange rate

• Identify, assess, and manage financial risks associated with the group’s operations

• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and policies

• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and standards

• Oversee the accounting activities of China headquarters and overseas offices

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with local accounting standards

• Ensure compliance with international tax laws and regulations

• Coordinate with tax advisors and authorities to manage international tax issues

• Fine tune SOP, revisit procurement policies and propose any additional control to improve efficiency

• Continuously improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives

• Maintain strong relationships with management team members and advise on the financial implications of business activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred)

• Proven experience in international finance management

• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP)

• Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling

• Experience with international tax planning and compliance

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
