• Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for T/T and Wholesale accounts.
• Forecasts groups and Wholesale room nights and ADR.
• Attends major travel functions and promotional events to promote sales for the hotel.
• Plans and executes sales trips to major market areas and reports to the Director of Sales / Director of Sales & Marketing on new potential markets that should be covered.

• Degree holder in Hospitality Management or relevant disciplines
• With a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in hotel sales, travel agent segment
• Good knowledge of market trend research and market intelligence
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication abilities across functions and with customers
• Ambitious with strong drive to achieve targets, revenue and profits
• Result-oriented, self-motivated and out-going personality
• Proficient in computer knowledge with good presentation and problem solving skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
