·       Tertiary educated with a minimum of 3 years’ sales or customer service experience in life insurance or banking industry

·       Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Papers 1 & 3 is a must

·       To handle customer enquiries and appointment bookings in a professional manner and conduct outbound calls

·       To support the Head of the Direct Marketing (DM) team to achieve team’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

·       To work closely with the sales and operations teams to execute the marketing campaigns and plans
