·       Degree holder in Property Management, Building or Real Estate Management

·       A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in Property management

·       To support the Property Manager in all aspects but not limited to the management and maintenance of the client’s properties

·       To liaison between the contractors and tenants for maintenance and many other tenant issues at commercial properties

·       Some technical knowledge and experience with regards to maintaining and repairing of commercial buildings
