About This Opportunity:
You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. Your main responsibility will be to handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously. With your strong problem-solving skills, you will address customer concerns effectively, providing solutions and guidance as needed.
Your Responsibilities:
* Handle hotline enquiries and resolve customer requests via various means
* Provide prompt and courteous services to clients with positive problem-solving capabilities
* Liaise with internal parties to resolve enquiry and follow up with client
* Provide daily support to supervisor and participate in ad hoc projects
Your Requirements:
* Diploma graduate, with 2 years' customer services experience in service industry
* Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Excellent Mandarin is a must
* Pleasant and possessing sound presentation skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and under pressure
