Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant and providing efficient service.
• Maintain high-quality service standards to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and quality within the restaurant.

Requirements

• 1 -3 year's related fine-dining restaurant experience is required and preferably working in hotels & clubs
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Working location in Causeway Bay
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Captain
