Job Description:
Manage and handle incoming customer enquiries or complaints including identify customer needs and provide corresponding service and support in a courteous manner through email, WhatsApp, online platforms and phone calls
Maintain and Manage customers’ Database
Assisting in implementation of promotion program of the mother club
Solve any ad hoc issues and complaints of Hotline
Keeping proper documentation of communications with members
Requirements:
HKCEE / HKDSE above with at least 1 year customer services experience
Good telephone manner, customer service, communication and texting skills
Fluent in spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
PC application including Microsoft office and Chinese Word Processing
Energetic with a can-do and positive attitude
Immediately available is highly preferred
