Candidates should have 

• (a)(i) Level 2 or above in five subjects in HKDSEE or equivalent; OR (a)(ii) Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects in HKCEE or equivalent; 

        AND

• (b) knowledge in application of common business software (e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel); 

        AND

• (c)(i) full-time working experience on personnel management or human resources related duties and preferably with post-secondary certificate on personnel management or human resources; OR 

• (c)(ii) for recruitment exercises encountered with recruitment difficulty subject to substantiation by the Consultants and acceptance by the managing department, post-secondary certificate on personnel management or human resources may be considered.

The job requirements of the above positions should be referred to the minimum qualification required and minimum experience listed in Appendix 7.4 of the “Management Handbook for Direct Employment of Resident Site Staff by Consultants for Public Works Projects” issued by Development Bureau (Works Branch).

The possession of a Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate or equivalent certification is required.
