Champion the one-stop personal banking services at branches
Identify existing and prospective customers' needs of financial services, including both products & services
Advisory to customers for general banking services and wealth management products including account opening, mortgage, credit card, personal loan and insurance
Maintain good relationship with both existing and new customers
Requirement:
University degree / Associate degree holders, or HKCEE / HKDSE holders with experience in Sales / Telemarketing / Teller / Insurance Agent / Customer Service, with exposure in banking projects an advantage
IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 is required
Holding HKSI 1, 7, 8 is preferred
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
