Supervise security, cleaning, and facilities providers, evaluating performance based on contracts and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Direct facilities management service for building upkeep and security service for efficient traffic flow.
Collaborate with Project Managers on preventive and corrective maintenance programs for building facilities.
Develop draft budgets and monitor approved budgets for building operating expenses.
Review and approve contractor invoices within authority framework, aiding the on-site team with approval processes.
Assist Asset Managers with tenant fit-out coordination and Project Managers with capex works coordination.
Manage car park operations, oversee system, direct third-party operator, and maintain financial records for parking-related income.
Identify and implement property-level value-add initiatives, focusing on process improvement, technology adoption, and supplier relationships.
Enhance business outcomes by improving relationships with service contractors and suppliers through effective property-level initiatives.
about you.
Minimum of a decade's property management experience required for the Property Manager role, with industrial or commercial property expertise preferred.
Tertiary education in property management or related fields is necessary.
Essential possession of relevant professional certifications.
Familiarity with Building Management Ordinance and associated regulations.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is essential.
Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and customer service abilities.
Exhibit strong leadership qualities.
Capable of fostering a positive team dynamic and working autonomously.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, demonstrating computer literacy.
