Our client is a well-established IT solutions provider in Hong Kong. They are expanding their team and looking for a Network Engineer to join their team.
Job Descriptions:
Responsible for in-house and customer support services
Provide PC/LAN management and resolves hardware, software, networking, and configuration issues in PCs, laptops, network printers, and more.
Support helpdesk, administration and maintenance on Windows servers and mail servers
Apply regular security patches, update server certificates, install fixes/security patches, perform system health checks
Set up, maintain and monitor server backup jobs and necessary data recovery tasks
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime
Perform regular updates, patches, and backups of network infrastructure
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Network Engineer
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) would be an advantage
Hands-on exp. in Firewall: Fortinet, WatchGuard, etc.
