Our client is a leading MNC beauty brand. They are looking for a (Senior) CRM Manager to join their team in developing and executing the customer relationship management strategy.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
* Provide ideas on CRM data collection and collaborate with front line staff.
* Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for engagement.
* Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to create cohesive campaigns.
* Manage and optimize CRM tools and software for ROI maximum effectiveness.
* Monitor and report on CRM metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet business goals.
* Lead projects that enhance the customer journey and improve overall experience.
What Will Make You Successful
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field , proven experience in beauty or retail industry is a must.
* 5+ years of experience in CRM management or a similar role.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
