Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, coordination, monitoring and operation for business activities and projects matter
  • Manage, prioritize projects and resources. Ensure deliverables are of high quality and in compliance with corporate guideline
  • Manage global stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and report the project progress effectively
  • Overlook projects implementation, manage all the potential risks proactively and recommend mitigating measures if required
Requirements:
  • Degree holders, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in project management
  • Proven experience in managing process revamp or vendor management for project delivery
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred
  • Self-motivated, good analytical skills, pro-active, strong ownership, able to work under pressure and deal with tight project timeline
  • Innovative with excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
