You have an excellent record of leadership, demonstrated commitment to uphold values that are important to you, and drive to impact the lives of others.

Additionally, you have and/or are:

• A Bachelor or Master's degree from a recognised university in any discipline
• Less than two years of working experience
• Passionate about banking and technology
• A great communicator, with prople across all levels
• Agile and motivated to thrive in a global and dynamic business environment

Selection Process & Timeline:

• By Dec 2024 - Online Assessment - Apply online with our AI recruiter Eligible candidates will be invited for the Assessment Centre
• By Feb 2025 - Assessment Centre (AC) & Panel Interview -Short-listed candidates will be required to attend AC in person, followed by a panel interview with HR and the Senior Management Team
• By Apr 2025 - Offer - Successful candidates will receive their official employment offer from DBS
• Bu Jul 2025 - Welcome to the Programme - Start your career as part of the 2025 Management Associate Cohort
