Key Responsibilities
Liaise with vendors, authors, designers and other relevant parties to ensure timely production of assigned titles / resources
Develop content and carry out editorial work, including edit, write and proofread content, for print and digital products and ensure the highest quality of work is achieved
Monitoring and reviewing production details, ensuring timely delivery of publications and content.
Collaborate with marketing, sales and portfolio teams in market research, promotion and sales activities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of editorial projects, including writing, editing, and fact-checking.
Performing ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
University degree in Languages, Literature, Translation or related disciplines
2 years or above solid experience in Chinese/English publishing editorial
Have solid editing experience in creating innovative and engaging publications for the general public in English or Chinese, with English language editorial and translation skills highly preferred.
Demonstrate good editing or copywriting skills, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude.
Have experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, conducting research, checking, and verifying facts.
Be proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Good knowledge in IT and digital publishing is an advantage
