Our client is a well established and global property group with a strong portfolio of commercial and industrial development projects in Hong Kong and Asia. Due to business expansion in Hong Kong, they are looking for an experienced Senior Manager / Associate Director to join the team.  

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for design planning, executing and managing commercial, industrial and logistic developments
• Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
• Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
• Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as when required

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Building Services/ Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering    
• Over 15 years of MEP engineering working experience, including at least 5 years of data center project, Greenfield data center project experience is preferred
• CEng or REW C/H is preferred
• Familiar with full cycle of project delivery and management
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
